Emmeplus HLS area provides consulting services to prime contractors and operators at secondary levels of the supply chain in its diversified lines.

Emmeplus offers integrated and professional advice on legal, strategic and financial issues, aiming at assisting and supporting its partners in the adoption of the best strategies and the selection of new markets.

In particular, the consulting activities in the HLS area focus on:

- Legal opinions on evolving regulations produced by the European Institutions in the HLS sector (European Directive)

- Negotiation and editing of multilingual procurement, licensing, technology transfer and cooperation agreement contracts

- Advice and support in the understanding and the adoption of know-how and Industrial Property exploitation policies

- Advice and support in the formulation and the choice of corporate governance models

- Legal opinions on countertrade, with particular attention on set-off agreements with public and private bodies

- Assistance and support in the setting up of company clusters within the sector

- Institutional relations

Fabio Marazzi, Emmeplus Senior Managing Partner, is a member of the American Bar Association, Steering Committee dedicated to Aerospace & Defense sectors (namely Aerospace and Defence Industries Committee).
